A ROAD in Bradford has been closed this morning following reports of a crash involving an overturned car.
West Yorkshire Police was called at 7.40am today (Friday) to a road traffic collision involving two vehicles on Cemetery Road, Lidget Green. One of the cars had overturned.
A police spokesperson said both vehicles have now been recovered. The road has also reopened.
A spokesperson for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service said: "We received an emergency call at 7.40am today to a report of a collision between two vehicles on Cemetery Road.
"We dispatched two ambulances, a rapid response vehicle and a team leader.
"One patient was conveyed to Bradford Royal Infirmary."
Traffic alerts early this morning reported Cemetery Road was closed both ways and there was slow traffic due to a crash involving an overturned car between Glenlee Road and Northside Road.
Police, paramedics and firefighters all attended at the scene, which was close to Lidget Green Primary School.
