A BRADFORD Council-owned property in Wilsden has now sold, having failed to sell at auction last week.
Wilsden Stables, located on Main Street, was first put up for auction by the Council with a £150,000 guide price in April.
The property failed to sell and was re-listed in an online auction by vendors Pugh last week.
At another auction last week the former stables building again failed to sell.
However, it has since been sold for an undisclosed amount.
The property has planning permission, granted in October, to be converted into a three-bed house with a double garage.
The listing highlighted the building’s location – a short distance from Wilsden town centre.
But potential buyers were warned that the stone property “is in disrepair and requires a full refurbishment".
