POLICE are appealing for information following a burglary in Keighley and two attempted burglaries and a theft in a village and town nearby.
West Yorkshire Police reported a house was broken into at Eelholme View Street in Keighley between midnight and 6am yesterday (Monday, May 22).
Police said intruders entered the address through an unlocked door.
Several small items were stolen, and some of them were later found discarded nearby.
Anyone with information about the burglary should contact police on 101 and quote crime reference number 13230282597.
And in the early hours of yesterday morning, two vehicles were broken into on Longhouse Lane in Denholme.
Suspects reportedly tried the door handle of a house on the street, and although they did not gain entry to the house some items were taken from one of the vehicles.

Between 1.30am and 2.30am on last Friday (May 19), two suspects wearing balaclavas were seen on CCTV trying the house door handle of an address on Aire Street, Haworth.
The same suspects were also seen trying the door handles of a vehicle at the address. No entry was gained to the house or vehicle.
