A SOON-to-open city centre restaurant has applied for a licence that will allow it to open until 2.30am.
Sakku Samba, a Brazillian/Japanese restaurant and bar, is due to open on Charles Street in the Broadway Shopping Centre next month.
When it does, it will be one of the biggest restaurants in the city centre.
The business was granted a licence to sell alcohol until 11.30pm last year.
The business has now applied to Bradford Council for a licence that would allow it to serve alcohol and food and play recorded music until 2.30am.
The licence would also allow live music to be played in the venue between 11.30am and 2am.
Described as an ‘immersive dining concept,’ the restaurant will feature a menu filled with noodle dishes, sushi and Brazilian grilled meats.
