POLICE are investigating a hate crime after beer bottles were thrown at an Islamic education centre.
A spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said it happened at 8.55pm on Saturday when a vehicle drove up outside a property in Lidget Terrace, in the Lidget Green area of Bradford and threw a glass bottle smashing a window.
The property is Madrasah Madania Tahfeezul Quran - which offers adult and children learning courses in Islam.
The centre shared CCTV footage with the Telegraph & Argus which shows multiple bottles being thrown outside the car window at the building.
A window was badly damaged and some of the bottles smashed on the ground.
The car then drives off from the scene.
