Czajka Care Group
Czajka Care Group pulled out all the stops to celebrate the coronation of King Charles III. Residents from the company’s four homes, their families and friends all enjoyed fabulous parties to celebrate the memorable occasion.
Konrad Czajka, managing director at Czajka Care Group, said: “Many of our residents remember Queen Elizabeth II’s coronation 79 years ago and we wanted to make sure they enjoyed every moment of this coronation.
“With delicious spreads courtesy of our talented chefs, we had a wonderful afternoon tea and were very lucky with the weather. Everyone was able to watch the coronation and our residents really enjoyed seeing the Gold State Coach, the ceremony at Westminster Abbey, the procession back to Buckingham Palace and the impressive fly past.
“I would like to thank each and every one of our hardworking team, from the chefs who produced such tasty food, to our carers, nurses and support staff, some of whom offered to come in on their day off, to help set up and run the celebrations.”
