TO mark the Coronation of Their Majesties King Charles III and Queen Camilla, Bradford's National Science and Media Museum has unveiled a new photo display of moments from the King’s life.
The photographs are taken from the Daily Herald Archive, with their original newspaper captions.
The photo display, open until the Bradford museum temporarily closes on June 4, looks back at the King’s life with archive images, including the young prince with his mother, Queen Elizabeth II through to his investiture as the Prince of Wales.
The Daily Herald was one of the world’s top-selling daily newspapers during the 1930s – 1960s, reporting extensively on the Royal Family, creating a rich photographic archive, cared for by the National Science and Media Museum.
