Whilst performing the most common tasks such as using simple stoves or open fires, nearly 2.4 billion people are vulnerable to soaring levels of household air pollution.
Pollution is the foundation for toxic materials in the environment. These toxic materials known as pollutants, can be natural (e.g. sea salt spray). However, what makes pollution a negative matter is the pollution created by human activity (e.g. trash) which highly contributes to the damage to the quality of the land, air, and water.
How is pollution affecting us?
Contagion of the inside or outside atmosphere is known as Air Pollution. Combustion devices found in households, vehicles, and forest fires are all common sources of air pollution. Gases that are a main issue to public health include Carbon Dioxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, and Sulfur Dioxide.

1) Check what the air pollution is like in your area
2) TRy to abstain from outdoor leisure when pollution levels are said to be high
3) Avoid exercising near regions with high traffic
4) Use as little as possible energy in your home. As well as other sources in your home, producing energy contributes to air pollution.
5) Don't burn anything! Whether it's human waste or wood, this type of burning is among the major sources of air pollution.
