FORMER Bradford College student and environmental artist James Owen Thomas spoke at Harrogate Flower Show about his work, his role as a One Step Greener ambassador at COP 26 in Glasgow, and his visit with other ambassadors to 10 Downing Street. James, who has autism, spoke to Faith Douglas and Sarah Owen Hughes on the show's Human Gardener stage.
"I met some visitors who have grown up children with autism and they thought my talk was inspiring," he says. " I spoke about my interests in nature and the environment, my use of pictures to communicate, my commissions and my gallery, as well as what it was like to be invited to COP26 and 10 Downing Street."
