A primary school in Bradford has issued a plea for help after its mini bus was stolen.
West Yorkshire Police has launched an investigation after Birkenshaw CE Primary School reported the theft of a motor vehicle from Southcroft Avenue.
The incident took place sometime between 2pm on Thursday, April 13, and 10am on Friday, April 14.
Enquiries are ongoing, a police spokesperson confirmed.
The school has issued an urgent appeal for anyone with information to come forwards.
A spokesperson for Birkenshaw CE Primary School said: "Sadly our school mini bus was stolen last night.
"If anyone has any information about this or any CCTV footage please could you contact school on 01274 651232 or email head.bps@kirkleeseducation.uk
"Please keep a look out for this in the local area."
In a statement, a spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "We took a report of a theft of a motor vehicle from Southcroft Avenue sometime between 2pm on 13 April and 10am on 14 April.
"Enquiries are ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact police via 101 quoting crime reference 13230205977."
