THREE Bradford men appeared in court today charged with the murder of a 17-year-old boy.
Karlson Ogie, 18, of Bierley House Avenue, Karl Belinga, 19, of Brendon Walk, Holme Wood, and Brandon Paradzai, 19, of Coleshill Way, Bierley, along with Huddersfield male Paul Mbwasse, 18, of Walpole Road, Crosland Moor, have been charged with the murder of Trust Gangata, who stabbed and fatally wounded in an incident at a house in Salisbury Grove in the Armley area of Leeds in the early hours of Sunday.
They did not enter a plea in a hearing at Leeds Magistrates' Court on Thursday morning.
They have all been remanded in custody to appear at Leeds Crown Court on Friday morning.
Police are still carrying out enquiries and are keen to speak to anyone who was at a party which took place on Saturday night and ran into the early hours of Sunday.
A scene remained around the address in Armley to undergo forensic examination and specialist searches on Monday.
The Telegraph & Argus understands the police's focus then moved to several addresses in the Holme Wood and Bierley areas of Bradford later in the week.
On Monday, Senior Investigating Officer, Detective Chief Inspector Alan Weekes said: “Trust’s family are going through an incredibly difficult time, and we have specially trained family liaison officers supporting them.
“We are keeping them fully updated as we continue to progress the investigation.
“Trust’s family have asked that people respect their privacy as they try to come to terms with having him taken from them.
“We continue to appeal for anyone who was at the party where Trust was attacked and who has any information that could assist the investigation to come forward and tell us what they know.”
