A man in his sixties is recovering in hospital after a crash left him with serious injuries.
West Yorkshire Police issued an update on the incident which took place on Harrogate Road, Apperley Bridge, at 3.20pm on Friday (March 10).
The crash involved a Nissan Qashqai and a pedestrian.
His injuries are not thought to be life threatening, a police spokesperson confirmed.
In a statement, the spokesperson for West Yorkshire Police said: "At 3.20pm on Friday, police received a report of a collision involving a Nissan Qashqai and a pedestrian in Harrogate Road, Apperley Bridge.
"The pedestrian, a man in his sixties, received serious injuries that were not considered life threatening.
"He is continuing to receive treatment in hospital."
