POLICE seized thousands of pounds of Class A drugs, including crack cocaine, and cash in an operation.
Officers from the Huddersfield Neighbourhood Policing Team are continuing enquiries this week after making arrests following the seizure of suspected drugs at a property on Bradford Road, Huddersfield, on March 1.
Attending officers recovered two knives from the property.
A 34-year-old man was arrested from the scene on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs. He has now been released under investigation.
Inspector Andy Barraclough of the Kirklees Huddersfield Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “Officers will always investigate any information supplied to us about potential drugs offending in Huddersfield and I urge anyone who knows about such criminality in their communities to contact us.
