HOUSEBUILDER Avant Homes West Yorkshire has launched the first homes at its £13.6m, 53-home Croftside Quarter development in Cullingworth.
Located three miles from Keighley town centre on New School Lane, the development will comprise a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes.
Work started on the development in December and prices range from £239,995 for a three-bedroom semi-detached home to £369,995 for a four-bedroom detached home.
All properties at Croftside Quarter include an open-plan living space, designer kitchen with integrated appliances and boutique bathrooms complete with designer tiling and contemporary sanitaryware.
