A BRADFORD man has been jailed for three months after assaulting a woman in Blackpool.
Riki McGrath, 33, changed his plea to guilty at a hearing at Leeds Magistrates’ Court on March 2.
He admitted assaulting a person causing them actual bodily harm on August 27, 2022, in Blackpool.
McGrath, of Carrbottom Road, Bradford, also pleaded guilty to harassing the same victim between August 30, 2022, and September 24, 2022, in Leeds.
An earlier charge of stalking between the same dates was dismissed.

McGrath was jailed for a total of 12 weeks and a restraining order was made, banning him from contacting his victim for five years.
Court documents show magistrates found the offences to be so serious because they were aggravated by McGrath’s record of previous offending.
He was also ordered to pay £254 to the courts, of which £100 was for the Crown Prosecution Service’s costs.
