POLICE are appealing for information on teeanger Jacob Boone, who has been reported as missing from Wakefield.

Jacob is 14 and was last seen in the Flockton area yesterday. 

He is believed to have travelled to the Manchester area.  

Jacob is described as being about 5ft 8ins tall and of slim build, and was last seen wearing a dark Nike tracksuit with Nike trainers and a blue Paul and Shark beanie hat - the same clothes he is wearing in the picture above.

There are concerns for his welfare and officers are making enquiries to locate him.
