THE DRIVER of an off-road motorbike has been convicted for licence and insurance offences.
The rider was detained on Highfield Lane in Keighley in December.
This month, he received eight penalty points and a “significant” fine, according to West Yorkshire Police’s Steerside Enforcement Team, after appearing in court.
