POLICE issued a number of fines for illegal off-road bike riding in a Bradford quarry at the weekend.
A number of people were seen riding off-road vehicles in the Poplars Park quarry when Steerside Enforcement Team officers swooped.
Steerside Enforcement Team tweeted: "These off-road vehicles were seen being ridden in Poplars Park quarry area of Bradford East today (Sunday).
"Children and parents involved. Adults issued with PSPO fines and warned under S.59 Police Reform Act. Wearing PPE or not, you can't ride there legally."
