A MAN has appeared in court charged with possessing an offensive weapon at a Bradford branch of Greggs.
John Cawley, 59, of Ashgrove, Greengates, Bradford, faced a charge of possession of an offensive weapon in a public place.
He was caught with an offensive weapon, namely a golf club, without lawful authority or reasonable excuse, in Greggs Five Lane Ends, Bradford. This offence took place on July 14, 2022.

He was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on February 27, 2023.
