BRADFORD is braced for a cold snap - with the district set for snow.
The district is predicted to see plummeting temperatures over the next few days ahead of a cold snap from this Sunday onwards, according to the BBC.
Sleet showers are set to begin from 11pm on Saturday, followed by a day of light snow and sleet showers throughout Sunday.
Light snow and sleet showers are forecast for Bradford next Monday (March 6) according to the BBC. After a dry and sunny morning, sleet showers will develop from noon, with light snow forecast at 10pm. This will arrive by 9am and last for large parts of the day, mixed with sunny spells.
Next Tuesday (March 7), Bradford can expect a day of light snow with temperatures plunging to a high of only 3C.
Meanwhile, forecasts vary and the Met Office says Bradford is not set for any snow or sleet showers over the coming days, with dry but colder days predicted for the district throughout the next seven days.
