THE Fire Service has revealed more details about the fire at a historic building in Bradford city centre.
Crews were sent to the former Odeon, now known as Bradford Live, at 10.40am this morning.
The blaze is on the fourth floor of the building.
Firefighters are using three breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the flames.
A West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We are currently attending a fire at the former Odeon building, known as Bradford Live on Thornton Road in Bradford.
"We were called at around 10.40am to the fire on the fourth floor and crews are using three breathing apparatus and two hose reels to extinguish the flames.
"Two engines are in attendance from Bradford along with engines from Odsal and Cleckheaton and an aerial appliance from Leeds.”
