TV producers are searching for people to take part in Kirstie and Phil’s latest property series.

Channel 4 is casting for series nine of Kirstie and Phil's Love It or List It. 

The popular show sees Phil Spencer and Kirstie Allsopp enter a head to head battle to convince homeowners to either sell or refurbish their home. 

Each programme features a family struggling with a common issue: their home doesn’t work for them anymore.

One side of the family is keen to stay and make their current home better but the other side of the family want to sell up and move.

Kirstie hopes to show families they can transform their current house into a completely different space. 

Meanwhile Phil gets busy searching for new properties in an attempt to sway homeowners towards selling up.

At the end of the programme when they’ve viewed three houses and their home transformation is complete, homeowners are asked one question - Love it or List It?
