Canterbury Youth Centre, also known as the Arc Centre, was closed in 2020 due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
One Ringwood Road resident, who did not wish to be named, said: “It was just a matter of time before this happened. It’s a dumping ground. It’s scary.
"It’s a shame as our kids used to go to the centre.”
