Police were forced to cut off electricity in part of Bradford after discovering a cannabis farm.
West Yorkshire Police uncovered the site on New Street, a residential street just off Main Road in Denholme.
Sergeant Terri Green, who was working alongside Denholme's Neighbourhood Watch group, confirmed the electrics had been bypassed.
In an update shortly before 9pm on Tuesday, Sgt Green said: "To make it safe for all, the electricity may be cut off locally for a short time. When I know specifics I will update. Officers are on scene for any questions."
The electricity returned as normal at around 10pm.
West Yorkshire Police has urged anyone with helpful information or who has witnessed suspicious behaviour in the area to get in touch.
The public should contact police via 101, quoting crime reference 13230074484.
