What a great picture this is.
Members of Guiseley & District Women's Institute donned hard hats and boots to go behind the scenes of a major building development.
In August 2008, 16 members of the WI had a sneak preview of the £30m redevelopment of the Headrow Shopping Centre in Leeds, one year on from the start of building work.
The visitors took a look at the first phase of the project, which was set to be complete within months.
WI spokesperson Rosemary Walton said: "We were amazed to see what goes on behind the scenes in order to redevelop a site and how it is all co-ordinated. The top floor food court in particular looks like it will be a real treat. The final result should be just what Leeds city centre needs and provide a focal point for shoppers."
No doubt the women will remember their visit when they shop there.
