A LOCATION in Bradford featured heavily in a primetime ITV show last night (February 2).
Yorkshire soap drama Emmerdale used Undercliffe Cemetery for emotional scenes featuring two of their most well-loved characters.
Charity Dingle and former fling Cain reunited on screen to the joy of many hardcore fans.
A joyride resulted in the pair ending up at the cemetery where it was revealed DI Mark Bails, who was given 30 years in prison for raping Charity as a teenager, had died.
Heartbreaking scenes followed as they made their way to his grave.
Equipped with a bottle of vodka, Charity (Emma Atkins) spiralled out of control, cursing Bails' who only served four years of his sentence.
After screaming a number of insults over his gravestone, it was left to Cain (Jeff Hordley) to pick up the pieces and advise her to move on from the whole ordeal.
The iconic couple proceeded to have a heart-to-heart on the bench before night fell and they left.
The Undercliffe Cemetery Charity said: "Undercliffe Cemetery looked splendid on yesterday evening’s episode of Emmerdale.
"A favourite location for TV and film companies."
Emmerdale is available to view on ITV1 or ITVX.
