An earlier version of this story contained a direct quote from a West Yorkshire Police inspector stating that several stolen vehicles had been seized from the premises.

Police have since corrected their statement to say that officers recovered stolen car parts, not stolen vehicles.

We are happy to provide details of the police’s amendment to their original press release.

Police have arrested two men in their 40s after executing a search warrant on a business in Bradford.

Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team executed a warrant for a site on Carr House Lane, Wyke, under Section 26 of the Theft Act.

Two men, aged 43 and 41, were subsequently arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods.

The men have since been released on bail.

Inspector Tany Ditta, head of Bradford South Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “Today’s action shows that we are committed to disrupting organised crime groups who are actively involved in crime. Officers recovered stolen car parts in the operation.

“The action is thanks to intelligence from the community. We will continue to take reports and we will take positive action.”
