MORE than 100 vehicles were monitored and three were caught for speeding as part of a neighbourhood policing Week of action.
It was carried out in hot spot areas in the Kirklees area.
A spokesperson for the Kirklees District Huddersfield Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) said: "As part of the NHP week of action, Team 1 NPT officers conducted an ASB/ excess speed day of action in hot spot areas within Dewsbury and Mirfield.
"Over 100 vehicles were checked, and it was reassuring that the majority complied with speed limits and displayed good standards of driving.
"In total, three traffic offence reports were issued for excess speed offences and one driver was warned under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act."
