A BRADFORD man has been fined a hefty sum after he was caught speeding on a major road.
Daniyaal Abbas, 20, of Moorcroft Road, Tong, Bradford was speeding on Rooley Lane, Bradford, on October 8, 2022.
The court record showed he was driving at 66mph in a 30mph zone.
At Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court, a Collection Order was made and he was asked to pay a fine of £660, a surcharge to fund victim services of £264, and costs of £90.
In total, he was asked to pay the sum of £1014 which must be paid by January 26, 2023.
He also had his driving license endorsed with six points.
