YORKSHIRE County Cricket Club’s 2023 Annual General Meeting will take place on Friday, March 24 in the East Stand Long Room at Headingley.

The meeting will mark the end of Lord Patel of Bradford's tenure as club chair, after his announcement earlier this month that he would be standing down from the role.

Starting at 6pm, the AGM will be live streamed for members who are unable to attend, with a link sent out on the day.

The club had hoped to hold the meeting on the Saturday, but given the Leeds Rhinos are playing at Headingley that day (1pm start), the next most suitable date was chosen.

Notice will be sent out to members at least 21 days prior to the AGM and will detail the resolutions and agenda items to be voted on, along with the Annual Report and Accounts.

Please note that only 2023 Yorkshire members (that have chosen a Yorkshire CCC and/or Northern Diamonds attendance element) are eligible to attend and vote at the AGM.

This change comes following the resolution to remove the requirement for a member to have held their membership for at least 12 months before being able to vote, which was passed at the club’s Extraordinary General Meeting in November 2022.
