BRADFORD Council said it will remind its staff to "park responsibly" after a complaint from a member of the public.
The picture of the vehicle, parked on Hollybank Road, Great Horton, was brought to the Council's attention on Twitter.
The resident perceived the car to be blocking the pavement and raised concern that it would make it difficult for someone with a double buggy to get through.
They said parking space was available elsewhere on the road.
A spokesperson for Bradford Council said: “Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we understand that parking in this manner will cause issues in terms of accessibility.
“We will ensure that we remind our staff that if they are making any visits off site that they park responsibly going forward.”
