A MAN has been fined for using a mobile phone while driving in Bradford.
Muhammed Hassam Khan, 24, of Pot House Road, Bradford, was sentenced earlier this month.
The offence took place on Ewart Street, Bradford, on May 8, 2022.
Khan was handed six driving licence points, fined £40 and ordered to pay £110 costs and a £34 victim surcharge. A collection order was made by the court.
A guilty plea was entered to the charge and Khan was sentenced at Bradford & Keighley Magistrates’ Court on January 6.
