A MOTORBIKE reportedly being driven dangerously in a Bradford area was found to be stolen.

Wibsey residents reported their concerns last weekend to police who acted swiftly.

Once the bike was located, officers confirmed it had been stolen on January 5.

A spokesperson from the force said: "On Sunday, January 15, at approximately 2.30pm, West Yorkshire Police received a number of reports from residents in the Wibsey area regarding the use of a red motorbike being driven dangerously on the roads.

"PCSO 77 made his way into the area where he sighted the vehicle, upon sighting PCSO 77 the rider of the vehicle made off.

"A short time later, the vehicle was located where it was confirmed to be an outstanding stolen bike from January 5.

"We would like to take this opportunity to thank those members of the Wibsey community for making contact with us to report their concerns."
