MORE Rent to Buy homes will be available in Bradford in 2023 as social housing provider Incommunities expands its popular scheme.

The organisation has already helped hundreds of its tenants get on the property ladder in recent years.

Rent to Buy schemes aim to help those who want to own their own home but don’t have a deposit available.

With Rent to Buy, the home is rented for 80 per cent of the market rate for up to five years, making it easier to build up a deposit that can then be used to buy the property.

In 2023 Incommunities plans to have more homes available in Bradford at Manchester Road, Crossley Wood and Morley Court with these schemes all offering Rent to Buy options.

Gemma and Nicholas have moved into a new three-bedroom home in Adel, Leeds, through Incommunities’ scheme.

Gemma said: “The Rent to Buy scheme really works for us and every interaction that we have had with Incommunities has been very positive. It was easy to access, and the process was smooth.

“We felt that the scheme would support us in getting onto the property ladder with the future plan of owning our own house.”
