A BRADFORD man has been in court for driving his vehicle on the footpath of a B
Tasadek Ali, of Syringa Avenue in Sandy Lane, committed the offence on Carlisle Road on May 1 of last year.
The offence - driving a motor vehicle on a footpath beside a road - was contrary to section 72 of the Highways Act 1835.
The 39-year-old admitted to the crime when he appeared at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on Thursday, January 5.
He was fined £50 and had to pay a £34 victim surcharge and court costs of £110.
It means Ali must pay a total balance of £194.
An offence of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle when required was dismissed in court.
