THERE are long delays on the M62 following two incidents this morning.
Two lanes are closed and there is queueing traffic due to a crash on the M62 Westbound from J22 A672 (Rishworth Moor) to J21 A6193 Sir Isaac Newton Way (Milnrow).
There is congestion to J23 (Huddersfield) and travel time is around one hour and thirty minutes.
There is also queueing traffic - due to earlier broken down lorry - on the M62 Eastbound from J25 A644 Wakefield Road (Brighouse) to J26 M606 J1 (Chain Bar).
All lanes have since been re-opened after three were closed earlier.
The queues are not being helped by the ongoing roadworks, traffic reports added.
Meanwhile, the A629 Calderdale Way at Elland is blocked due to a crash involving two vehicles.
Police are currently dealing with a serious road traffic collision near Lowfields Business Park in Elland. This has led to significant traffic disruption of the A629 between Salterhebble and Ainley Top in both directions. Motorists are advised to consider alternative routes. pic.twitter.com/vfr8X0oIiT
