GRITTERS will be out in Bradford later today as temperatures in the district are expected to plunge.
The Council’s gritters were out on Priority One routes to do a precautionary grit from 4pm. This will be followed by two night patrols from 9pm. A precautionary grit will then take place at 5am tomorrow.
Areas of the Bradford district including Saltaire had snow showers this morning. Temperatures in Bradford will plunge to 1C overnight, with the mercury only reaching a high of 3C tomorrow.

Light snow showers have been forecast Queensbury in the Bradford district for later today and tonight, according to the Met Office.
