A NEW industrial development that could bring 60 jobs to the Crossflatts area has been approved by planners.
An application to build 20 new industrial units at Castlefields Industrial Estate was submitted to Bradford Council by Pontefract based Peagar Ltd last Spring.
Within the large industrial estate is a significant area of open, unused land, and it would be this site on which the units would be built.

The application said the units, spread out across three buildings, would bring an extra 60 jobs the site.
The application has now been approved by planning officers.
Conditions of the approval are that the units can only be used for the “general industrial” planning use, and that electric vehicle charging points must be included on site.
