A BRADFORD man is to go on trial on October 2 accused of causing the death of a seven-year-old boy who was knocked down on the city’s Manchester Road.
Mohsin Hussain, 31, of Carlisle Terrace, Manningham, Bradford, denies causing the death of Malakye Hall by driving a Toyota Auris dangerously on August 11, 2020.
He was also charged with causing the boy’s death by driving a motor vehicle while uninsured.
Yesterday, the trial date was confirmed at a Further Case Management Hearing at Bradford Crown Court in front of Judge Jonathan Gibson.
Another hearing, ahead of the trial, was set for September 7.
