STAFF and pupils at a Bradford tuition centre provided gifts to children this Christmas who otherwise would have had nothing.

Students and staff at The Tuition Centre, which provides tuition for children aged five to 18 across three branches (Great Horton, Toller and Thornbury), worked with Bradford West Social Services to hand out Christmas presents to 14 children in Bradford West, who would otherwise not have received anything.

A spokesperson for The Tuition Centre said: "It has been an honour to work with Bradford West Social Services. Our main purpose has always been to work with our community and better the circumstances for our upcoming generation.

"The Tuition Centre follows the ethos of Challenge + Hard-work + Progress = Success. The staff and students collectively reached this goal by giving such generous donations and this is something we hope to continue to do with our fellow childcare services."
