A BRADFORD man has been banned from driving for two motoring offences.

Aman Din, 21, of St Leonards Grove, Bradford, appeared in court on two charges.

In the first charge, using a motor vehicle on a road/public place without third party insurance, he was caught on Manchester Road, Bankfoot, Bradford, on November 20, 2020.

He was disqualified from holding, or obtaining, a driving licence for 10 months, fined £660 and ordered to pay £620 costs and a £66 victim surcharge.

Din’s disqualification was deemed obligatory by the court due to repeat offending. He was found guilty for this offence at a hearing held on November 17, 2022.

He was given no separate penalty for a charge of speeding - exceed 70 mph motorway limit - manned equipment. This offence took place on October 6, 2020, when he was clocked at 91mph on the M1 north, Woolley Edge, Wakefield.

Din was sentenced at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court on December 20, 2022.
