A GROUP of women and people of minority genders will aim to create a collaborative work inspired by a trip to the North York Moors this weekend.
YSWN Huddersfield Makers is hosting the second part of its Sounding the Sea project, following a field recording trip to Ravenscar in the summer, at a Bradford city centre venue.
Fuse Art Space has an eight-channel speaker array and a projector and participants will work collectively – using their material from Ravenscar – to try and create an immersive surround-sound piece.
Anyone, including those who did not attend the trip, is welcome to join.
The event will be held at Fuse Art Space on Rawson Place from 11am to 3pm on Saturday.
The workship is free to attend, but booking is required.
