A BRADFORD business has been included in a list of 100 startups which have shown innovation, solid financials and a strong customer base.

Power Sheds, which was founded in 2019, has been included in the Startups 100, being championed by Startups.co.uk.

The business, based at the Euroway Industrial Estate, is run by Jack Sutcliffe and Simon Hobson and has seen incredible growth over the last three years.

In its first month of trading it sold 15 garden sheds, but that has now escalated to over 500 a week.

Power Sheds now has a social media following of over 100,000 and is the highest-ranked garden shed company on Trustpilot in the world.

The business was also nominated for this year’s Kitchen Table award, in recognition of high-growth startups which began with little or no funding.

The Startups 100 has also recognised Leeds-based business SlothMove.

The change of address service, which saves home movers 15 hours of time, was founded in 2019.

In January last year, SlothMove – founded by Anna Page, Jack Roberts and Daniel Esturillo – secured a seven-figure deal with a Top 100 law firm, which has accelerated its journey significantly.

It is also in the process of trialling SlothMove with the UK's largest conveyancing group and several large new build developers.
