A MAN stood outside another person's home and made threats towards him.
Damian Peyton, 44, of Langlands Road, in Cottingley, Bradford was sentenced to a community order for harassment without violence, at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates' Court on December 22 last year.
The court record was made available on Friday.
Peyton pleaded not guilty to the offence on September 29, 2022 but was found guilty by the court on the same day.
He went round to another man's address between June 9 and June 14, in 2021 and made threats towards him which intimidated, and was intended to intimidate.
The 44-year-old's community order includes up to 15 Rehabilitation Activity Requirement days.
The court also imposed a restraining order which prevents Peyton from contacting directly or indirectly the man he threatened, or going to the curtilage - the area of land around a house - of his home.
Peyton was also ordered to pay £214 in total.
This includes a surcharge of £114 to fund victim services and costs of £100.
It will be deducted from Peyton's benefits.
The sentence also took into account that Peyton had committed an offence while he was the subject of a conditional discharge for criminal damage, which was imposed at court on April 17, in 2021.
He pleaded guilty to this charge.
