A BRADFORD man has been banned from driving after he was found to be drug driving.
Mohammad Naveed, 32, of Cunliffe Villas, in the Manningham area of Bradford, was found driving with four micrograms of drug per litre of blood in his system on Parkside Road on September 10, 2021.
He was found to have taken the controlled drug, Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) - the principal psychoactive constituent of cannabis - and the limit is two micrograms of drug per litre of blood.
At Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court, a Collection Order was made and was asked to pay a fined of £120, a surcharge to fund victims services of £34 and costs of £110 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
In total he must pay £264, which must be paid by February 21, 2023.
He has been disqualified for holding or obtaining a driving license for 36 months.
