A MAN wanted in connection with a burglary was arrested after a large amount of drugs and money were found in a Bradford property.

The arrest happened in Bradford West on Wednesday (January 4).

Class A and B drugs and money were seized along with high-value property suspected to have been acquired with criminal gains.

On Friday, a spokesperson from the force said: "On Wednesday, January 4, officers from Bradford West NPT Team 3 conducted arrest enquiries for a male who was wanted in connection with a burglary and other offences.

"After arresting the male for these offences, officers searched the address and found a large quantity of cannabis, money and class A drugs.

"The male was further arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs. 

"Drugs and money were seized along with high-value property suspected to have been acquired with criminal gains."
