TWO teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm following an incident in Bradford.
Armed police were scrambled to the scene, on Great Horton Road, on Monday, January 2.
Two 16-year-old boys were arrested and have since been bailed.
In a statement today, West Yorkshire Police said: "Two 16-year-old males have been arrested after members of the public sighted a group of youths pointing what appeared to be a firearm at passing vehicles on Great Horton Road on January 2.
"Armed officers were deployed and two 16-year-old youths were arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
"They have since been bailed pending further enquiries.
"Officers seized an air weapon."
