A new Greggs shop has opened in Bradford, bringing 12 new jobs to the area.

The Greggs store has opened in Tesco Extra on Great Horton Road, featuring the chain’s freshly prepared Greggs favourites and hot drinks.

Customers will also be able to make Click + Collect orders via the Greggs App.

Greggs’ famed breakfast combinations - offering a breakfast roll or baguette alongside an orange juice or hot drink – will be served until 11am every day.

The bakery store will open daily from 7am to 8.30pm.

Gillian Long, Retail Operations Director for Greggs, said: “Our new shop in Bradford Tesco Extra has brought 12 new jobs to the local area, as well as providing customers with a modern, convenient new place to experience their favourite Greggs food.”

The location also includes a nuttall unit, meaning customers can purchase other hot items such as southern fried chicken goujons and potato wedges.
