A MAN has been fined for driving while using a mobile phone in Bradford.
Twana Mohammed Nabi, 32, of Lister Gardens, Manningham, Bradford, faced a charge of using a handheld mobile phone/device while driving a motor vehicle on a road.
He was caught on Northcote Road, Undercliffe, on July 26, 2022.
Nabi was handed six driving licence points, fined £115, ordered to pay £90 costs as well as a £46 victim surcharge. A collection order was made by the court.
He was sentenced at a single justice procedure hearing held at Bradford and Keighley Magistrates’ Court on December 15, 2022.
