A TRAPPED woman had to be freed from her vehicle following a two-car crash on Bradford Road in Birkenshaw last night (Monday).
Emergency services were scrambled to the scene of the two-vehicle crash at 7.31pm last night at Bradford Road in Birkenshaw.
A spokesperson for the West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said: "The road traffic collision involved two vehicles with one person trapped.
"One female casualty was extricated by fire crews and placed in the care of Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
"Fire crews remained on scene to make the vehicle safe."
A spokesperson for Cleckheaton Fire Station, who attended the scene along with an engine from Dewsbury, added: "A driver of one of the cars turned into the side of the other one. Neither driver was injured."
